Portrait of Chioma Agwuegbo

Hello! My name is Chioma

I design and lead survivor-centred systems, advocacy movements, and communications strategies that confront technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TfGBV) and expand digital safety, justice, and civic participation across Africa.

I’m also a PhD researcher, exploring the efficacy of targeted behaviour change communication in mitigating TfGBV amongst young people in Nigeria.
